Alto Rooftop is a flagship hospitality destination developed as part of a large-scale luxury development in Nice, France. Designed to become one of the project's defining experiences, the rooftop brings together premium dining, entertainment, and panoramic Mediterranean views within a destination-driven hospitality environment. The objective was to shape and communicate the future guest experience through spatial planning and immersive visual content, enabling stakeholders to present the project's vision long before completion.

Our Role
* Developed the spatial design strategy for the destination's key hospitality areas. * Created interior concepts and floor plans focused on guest experience and operational flow. * Produced high-end photorealistic visualizations that communicate the atmosphere and future identity of the project. * Delivered cinematic 3D animations designed for stakeholder presentations and marketing. * Built a comprehensive visual presentation system supporting commercial communication throughout development.
Outcome
A complete spatial visualization package that transformed the project's vision into an immersive presentation experience, helping communicate the destination's future identity, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support the commercial presentation of one of the development's flagship hospitality assets.
